Friday evening Honey and I went to dinner with my parents. Yummy meal I might add. So I dont know if I've ever mentioned on my blog or not but my parents have no idea how honey and I actually met. That night, after just being qualified for our future home, I saw the perfect opportunity for me to inform them of how we actually met, a dating website for those of you just now catching on.
We had just received our entrees and I looked up, my parents sitting across from us, and announced, "well now that we are all together as a family I need to tell you something..." my dad turned ghost white, a shot of panick crossed my mothers blushed cheeks, and Honey dropped his fork on his plate and lowered his head. At first I was confused as what was going through all three of their heads and then I realized and quickly announced..."oh my gah! I'm not pregnant!!" immediately all the tension that was hovering over the table, I'm talking enough tension that could potentially smother some one, lifted. Everyone finally started breathing again and we laughed it off.
Just like I had imagined how my mothers reaction would be to me finding my soulmate on the Internet she responded, "if I knew I would've never let you leave the house! You could've been killed!..." This is exactly why I waited to tell her.
In the end I think everyone was still focusing on the fact that they thought I was pregnant. Boy I didn't see that happening.

hello, goodbye
First things first this has been one busy Sunday! But plenty of fun. Woke up and drank coffee then headed straight for work. Then I went and picked up little Jacob Riley so we could take him to Kids N Play for Honey's cousins birthday party. Honeys family loveddd him, I mean who couldn't? Even though he hadnt had a nap he was still behaving extremely well. We left there and headed to Honeys where we watched some history show on sharks, because Jacob is obsessed with them! Him and I crawled in the recliner and took a nap while Honey took a cat nap on the sofa. I didn't even realize we had all fallen asleep till honey woke me up and told me it was time to go to Little S's going away party.

Do I really need to explain how hard it was waking this precious boy up? He actually wasn't cranky at all. He did, however, stare at me like I had five heads when he finally opened his eyes. It didn't take him too long to figure out where he was though. He turned and saw TRex standing in the kitchen and just stared. Apparently he's never scene such an abundance of muscle lol. He even behaved for his diaper change. Woopwoop!
We headed to the party where I returned him to his mommy yet wanted nothing todo with her and everything to do with his Pawpaw. Once again he was the life of the party...

Mogo decided to put his hair in a ponytail on top of his head, he definitely was not a fan. He's sitting by his pawpaw, no surprise there.

It was so hard saying goodbye. Work isn't going to be the same without Little S. Not only was it hard saying goodbye to S but to Jacob as well. I already miss that little man.
Running after a two year old all day completely wore honey and I out. Honeys in bed as I'm typing and I'm about to head that way myself.
I'm definitely not ready for the work week ahead. I haven't decided whether or not to confront Bee on her betraying actions or not. Maybe I'll let her continue thinking she's playing me like a fool in order to keep peace. As far as pretending everything is okay though I'm not going there. I'm not going to treat her as if she's any type of friend to me let alone a best friend. Trust is one thing I don't give very easily and once you betray that...HOLLA!
Hope everyone had a fab weekend. Mine was topped off pretty splendidly.

Holidays 2011 and a giveaway
It has become apparent to me that I try to juggle too many balls, put too many eggs in my basket, and make too many false promises to myself. I've been swallowed up alive in my busyness and it would be nice to just sit back and breath. The question I've been asking myself literally all week? Where the hell does my time go!? I don't even have kids like seriously...ready to scream.
Nevertheless I will fill you in on all that I mentioned before or atleast try to touch base. I "promised" mysel I would make an extravagant post with one of those giveaway copters and all. But really? I'm posting from my iPhone because time does not bare much more. So yeah here's the Christmas run down:

Long time bestie Beezie and I at the game. Christmas eve Honey and I went to the titans game then headed to my parents house. We spent the evening with my parents, uncle, and grandfather. Possibly the best Christmas eve I've ever had including childhood. It was my grandfathers (we will call him Big J) first Christmas in society and not in prison in six years. We definitely made it one he could cherish and having him there meant the world. My mom and I spent the evening cooking up some goodies: sausage balls, pigs in a blanket, and our newly added tradition:

buffalo turds!
They're hollowed out peppers with some sort of cream cheese mixture for the filling and wrappe with bacon and then baked. Delicious!!

Mine and Honey's first Christmas Eve together :)

Dad and Honey. Funny story: Honey made Apple Pie Moonshine and my grandfather asked what was in it. When he replied 'everclear' my grandfather responded "EVERQUEER!?" so when this picture was taken I had just said "aw look how cute y'all are " and my grandfather (commenting on the fact that they were siting in a small recliner together) says "yeah they both must've got ahold of some of that EVERQUEER. Hahahah. Okay moving on.... Christmas day sister BIL and little baby bumble came over. We indulged in all the yummy food and then headed to unwrap presents. This year was definitely not about "my presents" for me. It was more about seeing how excited the presents I bought for others made them. I think I did a pretty good job in that area. Oh! And baby bumble Jacob got a cute tricycle!!

Pawpaw (my dad) and lil Jacob taking the new tricycle for a text drive. He loved it! Later honey and I went off to DTown to his family's gathering. I love them so much! It's like they've just always been my family. Afterwards we went to his parents and stayed the night. The following morning we did Christmas with his parents sister BIL and their kids. Fun overload.

Honey and I Christmas day. New years eve we went to dinner with my parents and A couple that is family friends. Later we picked up T-Rex and headed to Mogo's house and played some games and what not. The holidays were so busy and though I enjoyed all of them I'm semi happy they're over with and the new year is here. what I'm loving Wednesday
It has been quite some time since I last linked up with a bandwagon so I feel a little past due. With not much else on my mind other than that night I figure why not! So here I am linking up with Jamie for What I'm Loving Wednesday!

I'm loving that there's only four days left till Christmas! That means only three days left till Honey and I switch presents! I love presents :) Eh hem, speaking of.. I'm loving that I already have all my shopping AND wrapping completed!! Score, boss!
At work we had a ballin' ass lunch along with a ballin' ass total for the entire day! Being that it's winter business comes to a halt so to see a big turn out is pretty darn exciting. I know, I may be too invested into work...

This morning I almost decided to forego weighing in. I've been super stressed and I skipped a day at the gym last week so I knew I had to have gained a pound(s) rather than losing. I grew some balls (don't worry they fell off shortly after) and weighed in. I've reached 11lbs lost!! Oh I'm loving it for sure!
Might I just add that I am loving my family and friends. Seriously, they are the effing best. I would be crazy if I thought otherwise.
So what are you loving?

brighter spirits
Today has been relatively better than the last couple, I'm now in a rental car so it helps take away some of the constant reminders. Unfortunately I saw his picture, one I thought I would feel better once I could put a face to it but now I wish I never had. His family and friends are still in my prayers as well as the people that witnessed it due to the trauma. However I don't want to let this ruin my Christmas spirit, everything happens for a reason. I've been keeping myself busy to occupy my mind so with that being sai I thought I would try to do a fun little Christmas wish list.

Nars pressed blush. Color: Orgasm. It's a beautiful peach color with small gold specks to give a subtle glow. Ah! Love!

2012 Dodge Journey. This is what I'm currently driving as my rental. Obviously it has several upgrades such as Sirius radio along with a touch screen, but overall it's a great car with tons of storage and convenience especially starting brand new at $18,991. Just saying.

MacBook Pro. I mean um hello! It's gorgeous and amazing. At this point I would love to have a new computer regardless if it's a pricey Mac. My current laptop doesn't even have the ghz that is required to play a game I purchased and anxiously awaited for for months! Might I add the cd insert is missing its faceplate that randomly decided to fall off, the charging cord has to sit just right in order to keep the computer even on thus meanin it takes several minutes/hours just to attempt a single use out of it. Along with its slowness I could name off a million other things I dislike about my dinosaur of a laptop. ---no really, it's also bulky.

Keurig. Yessss please! A single cup of coffee is made my the time I get done taking my morning pee...what more can you ask for? No measuring coffee grinds, no clean a coffee stained pot, and very little maintenance...need I say more?
not pictured:
Ugg boots
Ottorbox-iPhone 4
Pearl earrings
MAC Eyeshadows-any color I love them ALL!
Victoria Secrets new "yoga" line.
A teacup yorkie or Australian sheppard mini.
Casserole dish with carrying case. For my future house of course.
The missing books from my Ellen Hopkins series
The Twilight saga DVDs. Yes I am absen from owning any but seen them all.
A quiet night for Honey and I (ya know jacuzzi suite and what not ;) )
A tree that grows money. If I come across one I'll inform you where to purchase it at ;)
A Bluetooth keyboard case for my iPad
A blender
A house. Oh what? Too much to ask for? sigh.
I could go on with some ridiculous wants but I'll stop there. This Christmas is not about presents, nor has it ever been before but emphasis on this Christmas due to circumstances of events, but more of spending time with my family and showing love. Honey's family has been extremely supportive the past couple of days and if I didn't feel it before I definitely feel apart of the family now. I couldn't ask for better future in laws. They are so amazing and loving and every sense of the words. I couldn't possibly asked to be surrounded by better people- my family, his, and friends.
If I'm not back before Christmas which I surely hope that I am, I hope everyone has the best Christmas possible. Love you guys!

Ringadingding!
I'm sure the majority have seen the Walmart commercial, the one that's halfway annoying, where she says "load up the sleigh! Ringadingding Ringadingding ring me up!" I tired to get a video but I just don't feel like putting forth so much effort this morning. Hehehe...
Anyways. I'm super exciting about the holidays this year. All of them, even thanksgiving. Honey and I celebrated our very first turkey day together. It was actually the best thanksgiving I've had since being a little kid. We spent it with my grandfather whom I haven't been able to celebrate it for the past 7 years. It was his first Thanksgiving since being out of prison. That story may, or may not, come in a later post. My mom's dad was also there along with her brother, my sister, BIL, and nephew. It was a really great time. Later we celebrated with Honey's family in DTown including his parents, grandpa, sister, BIL, his two nephews and his niece. I had been planning all along to take pictures, which should come to no ones surprise that I didn't take any. I've never been good at taking pictures during gatherings, im too much of a social butterfly. Hehe. So after the day was all said and done with, we retreated to our casa and I showered...where I remembered I had no recording of our first t-day.

Obviously he's worn out, all squinty-eyed hehe.
Today my mom, sister, and I are putting our brave suits on and heading out for a little shopping. We refuse to act like crazy fools, so we are doing it as a leisurely mother-daughters time and hoping to maybe score some deals. This will be the first time we've done a shopping trip altogether since childhood. I'm beyond excited!
How was yalls gobble day?

Out and about
Ahh, at last it's Friday! You know what this means... IM OFF WORK!! Yippee skippee! So my schedule is about to change at work. Currently is 7-3 Monday through Thursday of Friday and 7-12 on Saturday. Now since I'm currently training one of my employees to open she will be opening for me on Saturday's now so my schedule can switch back to Monday-Friday 7-3; 40 hours a week. I use to not have to open on Saturday's but once Jacob Riley was born I started opening for my sister so she could take Saturday's completely off with him. So now instead of me being off Friday and then honey being of Saturday, we can now enjoy Saturday's off with each other. ::squeals with excitement!:: but enough about work on my day off and all. Last Friday remember how I was so excited about not working? Ended up practically working all day. Started with The Big Man waking me up with a phone call about work, then I took a delivery for work, then I had to deal with one of my employees not showing up, then another phone call from The Big Man about switching our paper goods inventory, and it continued. I have a 24/7 job and only get paid for 40 hours of it. and this is where stay at home moms raise an eyebrow and look at me like I don't have any issues in the world. I argue though that its not like having one kid to look after all day it's like having 11 and that includes The Big Man. You see, without me watching after him he wouldn't get his shit done. He forgets most things so I'm constantly trying to keep up with all I have to remember plus his reminders as well. Okay! Enough about work!
So I'm spending the day with my mom running around town going to places that we say we need to go to all the time but never taking the time to do it. We're covering those today. Plus our big town with nothing in it has finally gotten a Bed Bath and Beyond so we're hitting that shit up on the real lol. We use to have a Linens and Things but with those going out of business we are left with zero home goods places. I'm still begging for Ross, Marshalls, and MAC Cosmetics to come to town, but I don't see those happening anytime soon. My mom and I have even contacted the MAC big guys and they say there's just not enough need for one blah blah blah so now we have to drive out of town or order off line. Basically I took my hometown for granted with all that it had to offer, I was definitely spoiled. especially being so close to Nashville. Because what we didn't have, Nashville did and more.
Now I'm off to go shower and primp for a day out with my Madre. Catch ya on the flip side ;)

Birthday, Christmas, RANT!
Though I'm super excited to be gaining an extra hour of sleep in Fall Back daylight savings, I'm not so excited that my internal clock will probably still wake me up way before time to go to work. That's just my luck. Oh well, more time to primp and beautify!

Today Honey and I will be attending Chuck E Cheese for Jacob Riley's second birthday. The last time I was there, I got kicked out because I didn't have a kid too old to play, too young to have a kid. I guess if I were a parent I wouldn't want little snot nosed high schoolers clouding my child's playtime either, however at the time I was devastated. Speaking of Jacob Riley, I finished, or thought that I did anyways, his Christmas shopping yesterday. I had to pick up some wrapping paper to wrap his birthday present and while perusing around to waste a little time I came across a $5 mini-potato head. Ding ding ding! Perfect little gift to top of his others. I come home and decide to wrap his birthday gift. I bought Cars wrapping paper so I could also use it for his Christmas gifts as well, I like to get the most for my money. So I'm through with wrapping his Christmas gifts as well, all but the potato head and as I get halfway through with it...I realize the inevitable happened. Yes, I fucked up... I bought MRS. Potato Head!! What the hell I cant give is to him!? Though he's only two and wouldn't know any better, I know better and so will his parents. Oh the devastation. You see this wouldn't be that big of a deal except the other day I went to go buy the "last finishing touch gift" and as the cashier went to ring it up she looks at me and tells me that they hadn't had a chance to pull it from the shelf but the toy had been recalled. What the hell?! I was excited over the gift too, it was a race car wheel and it vibrated and had blinkers and everything. It was the ultimatecheap yet bad ass gift (5$ you cant beat it!). So I guess it's just not meant for me to go the cheap route when buying the last small present.

Via google images
So yesterday I rearranged Honey's entire room, cleaned the baseboards, washed clothes, washed his work clothes....everything. When asked if he liked his newly arranged room, his response? "yeah it's fine, as long as I can still get in bed and watch tv and go to sleep it's good" really?! I spent all that time for that response? Fail. This morning I had to run to the DG to get coffee filters because I was out. I wanted to start my day with coffee and a cigarette and yet I was out of filters, typical yet not the point. So as I'm leaving Honey asks me if I wanted to stop and get breakfast. Upon realizing that neither of us were in the mood for greasy sonic or sugar overloaded donuts he decided to settle for a bowl of cereal or oatmeal. When buying my filters I decided I would try to, once again, do something nice for him and cook pancakes for breakfast. Get home, drink coffee, talk to mom, smoke cigarettes, cook pancakes. Midway through breakfast I ask, "isn't this better than greasy sonic?" his response, "yeah its alright". What the fuck?! I'm almost ready to throw in the towel on cooking for him because out of the year we've been together I've received one compliment on my dinner. He made the comment yesterday after coming home from his parents house, "I should have got mom to give me some recipes for you". Kill me now. I'm not his momma. I'll never be his momma. And honestly he doesn't realize it but it's a huge slap in the face. And whether he's joking or not about my breakfast being less than satisfactory, it makes me feel less of a woman. I pay for the groceries to cook for him, I slave over the stovetop so he doesn't have to eat his basic chicken and rice that he has lived off of before I came along and all I get is, "it's alright", "should've got moms recipes", "I miss my moms cooking". A part of me wants to tell him to go fuck his mom then cause I'll never be her but the more rational side of me let's it go only for it to be brought up a day or week later. I may not be a chef but give me the time and practice and I'll become something close to it. Instead I feel like I'm getting set back a step every time I try and I don't really know why I haven't given up yet. I'm leery of even posting this because I'm afraid this will be one of the posts that Honey reads. However, this is my space and I'm venting!
By no means are we fighting, I'm just hurt on the inside by all of it. The last time I said something to him about be ungrateful for the things that I do for him he responds with the fact that I didn't have to do it and that he never asked me too. Not what I want to hear. I've hinted at the fact that it hurts my feelings for him to not like what I cook but he hasn't quite caught on yet. I just would like an ounce of appreciation. I would probably cook moe often if that was the case. Instead I'm extremely discouraged.
This post turned into something that was not previously planned but just kind of happened as I started ranting. Oh well. Hope everyone is have an awesome Sunday! I know I will be here shortly when I get to see the light of my life, my bundle of joy, my favorite person in the entire world Mr. Jacob Riley!
one of his most recents:

I put my iPhone camera on FaceTime and he was getting a huge kick out of seeing himself. Who couldn't love those chubby cheeks and head full of hair?
It was the ultimate

However, this is my space and I'm venting!

life is my bitch
I can't even explain how good it feels to have a day off. Normally I have a million things to do and even though I'm not completely off of work because I have a catering to deliver at one o'clock I'm still making today my bitch.

Unhealthy I know, but keep it to yourself. I'm currently enjoying a coffee and cigarette on the front porch of Honey's house. I'm all bundled up in my jammies and unbrushed hair and I'm loving every minute of it. The air is damp from where it rained yesterday and the sky is gray however there's still something peaceful about it. Normally there's cars passing by, dogs barking, or someone walking around the neighborhood but this morning it is completely still with only the sounds of birds chirping. It's pretty much mocking my mood, quiet and peaceful. Did I mention how much I'm loving my day off?
To reward myself from working so hard the past several weeks and to makeup from being so stressed out I booked a hair appointment at 2 oclock today. Do I deserve it? Hell yes I do. I don't care if anyone disagrees I know what the past couple of weeks have been like so I'm going to do something for myself. Though I will have to admit I'm only trimming my hair but I don't give a shit. Going to then salon makes me feel girly and good about myself. I don't know why. Maybe because for the past 22 years of my life my cosmetologist mother has done my hair. Now our schedules don't meet up and it's too hard to keep up with my rapid changing schedule and still keeping myself looking like a hottie. Why yes I'm full of myself this morning ;).
Later I'll be meeting up with my mom and spending some girl time that I'm super excited about. I love hanging out with her and don't get the chance/take the chance to do it nearly enough.
Maybe I'm in such a good mood because I feel a sense of accomplishment this morning. Though I haven't accomplished shit this morning, for the past couple of weeks I have. And though these "accomplishments" should not have taken a couple of weeks to complete, I still consider myself proud of getting little tasks completed that for some are just little tasks but for me, a milestone. I finally cleaned my car out, if you were to see the before and after you would be giving me a bloggy applause (I'm on the go constantly. Between Honey's house, my house, work, deliveries, caterings, football games, Dover, etc...you can only imagine what it looked like. ) I bought Jacobs birthday present which has already been given to him on his birthday (October 26th) and yesterday I bought his birthday party present. For his birthday I just bought him some shoes, a shirt, and pants. Little things that he needed, little things that I got from the clearance rack and only paid $30 for. ::enter applause:: For his actual birthday party I bought him a little block set with dogs and stuff. Sounds lame, he's two he'll love it and I'm not giving a great description. While we're on the topic of presents, I have also already purchased one of Honey's Christmas presents and a little present for Jacob as well. I can't say what Honey's is because he blog stalks me but Jacob is in love with Toy Story, especially buzz lightyear. So I got him this little loofa set with a buzz attached to it that squirts water. He loves bath time so I already know this I going to be a hit. Don't worry I'll be adding more to his goodie basket. Along with these accomplishments, I bought myself some actual work shoes...finally. I've been wearing expensive tennis shoes for the past 5 years and I finally got shoes that are made for my work environment...no slip and they're black so no more stains woopwoop!!! Along with all these purchases I've managed to start saving money towards mine and Honey's future house. Fingers crossed :-D normally I spend whatever and as long as I have enough to pay my bills I don't care. Here lately I've been spacing out my spending so I have money to put back. Its the first of the month and I already have the money saved for all my bills and the rest of my paychecks I can save and spend lightly on Christmas presents. I don't know about y'all but it seriously never fails, every year right around Christmas I wait till last minute to shop and I start getting nervous about my bills. This year i started in October and I have the rest of November to finish. I'm loving it! On top of all this I've already gone to the doctor and received my checkup on my zoloft. Unlike the past 7 years, I didn't wait till two weeks after my prescription was out, I actually stayed on top of it.
Now that I'm rambling on and on, I will finish with the most exciting news of my week. I'm pregnant!!!!!!!! Okay just kidding but thought I would throw a curve in there hahaha. I'm lame. Anyways this week alone at my store I have taken over a thousand dollars worth of orders at work. Next week I've already taken $500. Though this means nothing to everyone else it's everything to me. A small business struggles in the colder months and this is good news to start the colder months out with. Especially since we just went through a dry spot at my store with no orders only what the restaurant brings in. Typical, my most exciting news is about work.
I hope everyone else is having a bad ass week. Mine started off really shitty only for me to come to this day where I look back and realize all I've accomplished.
Remember, life can't be a bitch if you make life your bitch. :D

Work, sex, and family.
As I sit here and try to rack my brain for something exciting to post about, I find I have nothing impressive to write about at the moment. Therefore I'll give a weekend recap in hopes that I don't bore you too bad.
Friday Honey and I rode the Harley over to a friends house for a cook out. I was worn out from having a childlike meltdown earlier that day and was in no mood to be sociable and unfortunately I fear I may have come across snobby. Next time I'll make sure I liquor up so I can join in on conversations that mean nothing to me just so I can seem like I'm a halfway entertaining diva. It's kind of hard to be sociable when the only women there all have kids and are in a totally different social circle. Not to mention the fact that I'm 22 and they're all late 20s-40s.
Saturday I woke up looking hungover as hell even though not a drop was drank the previous night. (thanks to a boyfriend that kept me out late!) I worked 7am-12pm then came home and went to sleep till 7pm. Yeah, I get it...that's one hell of a nap. Shit I worked a 50hr week! When I woke from my slumber I got ready and went on a date with my Honey which I will later get into in another post- trust me, way too much rant for this one. I stayed at his house, which my parents are now aware of and are finally getting over it. Big shocker there!
Sunday Honey and I got up and went into work and prepared a catering. My sister was there as well preparing a pick up order for a local church so we kind of just hung out and talked. It was kind of nice spending some time with my sister. It doesn't happen as much anymore. We left there and went to Dover to eat at Nannies (Honey's grandmother), later catching up with his dad and heading to Hidden Creek on the Harley's to spend some time with his mom and enjoy a few beers.
By the time we got home we were both so worn out! We ate dinner and watched The Bounty Hunter with Jennifer Anniston and, my favorite, Gerard Butler. Boy would I love to jump on him like a cheetah in high tops!! Just saying. After all that I decided I was too tired to drive home so I stayed the night again at Honey's. We hadn't had sex in a week and by the end of the weekend, after staring at his sexy body for days straight...this little diva was ready to purr! Considering we were both tired I didn't expect much out of him. So while he watched the weather and the news I decided to take care of myself. Job completed, we cuddled up and went to sleep....or so I thought that was what we were going to do. We sleep naked so it was pretty easy access for him to surprise me. After making the bedroom boom for a while, off to sleep we went.
My weekend? Decent. I just wish it consisted of a little more relaxation. I'm still worn out.

A second chance to live
So once again I'm taking part in Mama Kat's weekly writing prompts. I didn't really expect to take part two weeks in a row because normally I only ever so often see a prompt that piques my interest. However, I feel like this is a great opportunity to tell you about an event that took place in my life, shook things up a bit, and changed my view on life as a whole. The writing prompt?
So after arguing with myself, more of debating, on how I wanted to write this post, I decided that I would go back to the old MySpace account and copy and paste the blog that I had wrote about it. I'm sure it doesn't quite make sense right now about why this would be life altering but it will all make sense in the end.
This is the night i got my first car, it was a lime green Volkswagen bug that my grandmother gave me. Obviously I was thrilled as all get out. I though a random planned trip to Florida was just for fun, whe. We arrived my grandmother brought me into the garage and there it awaited with a huge red bow on it. I couldn't have been happier.
A year later...
from the MySpace blog... (italics are what I have edited in)
If you heard about my wreck, or you haven't heres the full story of what happend tonight. 9/11/05.
I was on my way to Jeremy's my high school sweet heart house when I passed an SUV. Our cars were a little close so I decided I would kinda turn my wheel a little to get away from it. well I overcorrected & lost control of my car, I started to panic I didn't know what to do. I tried turning the steering wheel, but all hope was lost... I was going to wreck.
The next thing I know my car lands on my side (the driver side) Then bounced to the roof (meaning the car was upside down) then rolling to the passengers side, then rolling back to being upside down. The car finally stopped, I freaked. I knew I had to get out of it before it blew up. I didn't care about my cell phone or anything. I could have cared less. So I finally got my door opened and I crawled out of the car. I couldn't stand up so I crawled to the pavement. Luckily the SUV that I was passing saw it happen. [somehow?] So about 3-10 cars stopped. Getting out to help. By the time i figured out what was going on everyone was on the phone calling an ambulance & all that.
I looked at the lady in the green shirt, I was scared to death. All i wanted was a hug. I told her. So we hugged. Thank goodness someone was there to help. So eventually I sat down on the pavement. Called my parents, got yelled at, hung up on them, and sat in shock. I couldn't speak. I just wanted to be left alone. I looked back at my car & all you could see was this cute lil green bug flipped over with smoke exiting all four windows & the back.
The paramedics & everyone finally got there. My dad got there and yelled at me. Then Bret my very first boyfriend, I just so happened to crash right in front of his house...ironic right? & his dad came out. Thankfully they left cause I didn't want to be seen, I didn't want a crowd. So they put me in a neck brace because my neck was hurting. Then they put me on a bored & strapped me in. It hurt because my legs & arms were killing me.
So they finally put me into the ambulance because I was in shock. As they shut the doors, I finally started to cry. Patrick, the paramedic, asked me what was wrong. I told him that all I wanted was for my daddy to tell me he loved me and that he was glad I was okay. He grabbed my hand and assured me that he cared. I started crying harder. The finally hooked me up to everything and talked to me about my information. The information that I had already had to say 3 times before ever even getting in the ambulance.
I finally arrived at the hospital. They placed in a room, hooking me up to all this machinery. My back, spleen, & left hip were hurting. The back pain was hidious though. So they decided to do x-rays.
The doctor, cop, & nurse, & some weird lady came in and asked me all the same questions. "What's your name, address, ssc, age, were u wearing ur seat belt, etc." I finally got frusterated & made my parents answer all the questions.
I started crying all I could murmur was "I'm sorry." "I Love you" "Happy Anniversary" it just happens that it was my parents anniversary & "Please don't be mad" That's it. Besides that I was in shock, staring at the wall, not wanting anyone to touch me and just leave me alone to die in that tan colored room with a hidious trim border.
Then a nurse came in saying that there was someone here to see me. After wanting to talk to jeremy so long, here he came walking through my hospital door, crying as well. He's all I wanted to see. That is what calmed me down, taht is what dried my tears, that is what quit my legs from shaking in fear, and that is what made me know that from here on out, i want to be with him forever. obviously in high school. I didn't know what love was at the time, but as all teenagers I thought I knew everything.
After meeting his parents, I was actually on my way to his house to meet his parents for the first time. holding his hand, and closing my eyes praying... forty minutes later i was rolled away to get x-rays and stuff. Turns out everything was okay. After be poked and jerked and transferred and replaced everywhere... turns out, i'm fine. Just bumps and bruises, scratches & skins.
Now they've put me on two medications to keep my muscles relaxed and ot keep me calm. So i suppose i'll get off here. Cos they're kicking in. So theres the story on what happend tonight.
I'm the only loser who would actually get online and post their tragedy.
But i'm thankful that God was at the scene holding my hand as well at the hospital and on the car ride home. Never forget to tell your parents you love them. No matter how mad you are at them, once they're gone... you'll realize what all they truly do for you.
Never forget to tell you friends you love them & what they mean to you. You never know when you're last pillow fight will be. When you're last telephone call will end; When your last giggle & laughter will be. Never take them for granted.
...end post
Jeremy had went looking for me because I wasn't answering my phone and it scared him. He came across my car and seeing that it was totaled he thought I was as well. He drove back to his house to tell his parents he was going to the ER to see me and since he was such a wreck they wouldn't let him drive so they drove him. At the time I thought that I could take some pain pills and be brand new later. I didn't know that I would be twenty two and have issues with my knees and have horrible back pains.
This changed my life because I realized that in a blink of an eye, everything can change. Instantly. No turning back. Through this experience I learned to love more and love more often. Though I wish I still had my bug, as well as be able to do a sit-up without intense discomfort in my lower back, I would t trade this experience for anything. I had a key chain on my keys that said "lease drive safely" dangling from it was three little charms: a little bug, a guardian angel, and a car key. After the wreck was all said and done and keys were returned the only charm left was the guardian angel. I should have died in that wreck. Anyone who saw the car would have thought there was no possible way that I could have even thought of walking away from it let alone actually doing so. Still to this day I thank God for my second chance. A second chance to breath, love, live, and experience life all together.
And that was my first car.

Love for my mother.
My mother is the most beautiful thing in the world to me. I love her with all my heart. Just like all mothers and daughters, as well as best friends, do we have our cat fights. We have our times when I don't think things will ever be the same. At the end of the day she is still my rock. She is still my comfort. She is still my mother. And to her I will forever be grateful. I'm 22 and I still crawl in her lap, and she let's me. I'm 22 and I still want her when I'm sick. I'm 22 and she still calls me her baby. I will forever be just that. She gave me life, and a wonderful one at that.
So I share with you photos of us. Get ready to get your giggle on.
Awesome 80's hair, right?!
Obviously denim skirts were the shit back then.
Me in my awesome first pair of heels that she gave me. Yes I have always been a diva.
I love you Moma, forever and always! Happy mothers day.

honey bee
On Wednesday I went over to Honey's hive (or house for those of you who didn't catch on haha) and he told me he wanted me to hear a song. Now before I post lyrics I'm going to go ahead and throw it out there that Honey reads my blog and even has it as a tab on his google chrome (because apparently he's too cool for internet explorer lol). He actually gets on to me and tells me things like, "it's been like what? A whole month since you posted!" or "so when are you going to blog again?". So therefore he knows he's listed as "Honey" and not his real name so upon hearing this song I'm sure he couldn't wait for me to give it a listen. For you country music fans, get excited I'm giving you a bit of Blake Shelton!
Girl I been thinkin’ ’bout us
And you know I ain’t good at this stuff
But these feelings piling up won’t give me no rest
This might come out a little crazy
A little sideways, yeah maybe
I don’t know how long it’ll take me
But I’ll do my best
Chorus 1:
If you’ll be my soft and sweet
I’ll be your strong and steady
You be my glass of wine
I’ll be your shot of whiskey
You be my sunny day
I’ll be your shade tree
You be my honeysuckle
I’ll be your honey bee
Yeah that came out a little country
But every word was right on the money
And I got you smilin’ honey right back at me
Now hold on ’cause I ain’t done
There’s more where that came from
Well you know I’m just havin’ fun
But seriously
Chorus 2:
If you’ll be my Louisiana
I’ll be your Mississippi
You be my little Loretta
I’ll be your Conway Twitty
You be my sugar baby
I’ll be your sweet iced tea
You be my honeysuckle
I’ll be your honey bee
Your kiss just said it all
I’m glad we had this talk
Nothin’ left to do but fall in each other’s arms
I could’ve said a “I love you”
Could’ve wrote you a line or two
Baby all I know to do
Is speak right from the heart
Chorus 1
Chorus 2
I’ll be your honey bee
He'll be my honey bee eh? Sure enough he definely is.
On a side note, that is actually totally off subject- but still about Honey, we were laying in bed chitty chatting like we normally do and we started talking about Easter. Well a month ago I went ahead and purchased his two nephews and his niece a little basket each filled with goodies. He said something about them and not forgetting to take them with him on his trip to Dover. Then he dropped it. The two words I never expected to come from his mouth without a wedding ring upon my finger. He called me, "Aunt Haley" in reference to his niece/nephews...not my nephew...his. Say what!? I didn't know what to say I was thrown off and I'm sure he could tell. I don't know if it was a joke or of it was in all seriousness but either way I love all three of those kids and in the end it really doesn't bother me so much.
Girl I been thinkin’ ’bout us
And you know I ain’t good at this stuff
But these feelings piling up won’t give me no rest
This might come out a little crazy
A little sideways, yeah maybe
I don’t know how long it’ll take me
But I’ll do my best
Chorus 1:
If you’ll be my soft and sweet
I’ll be your strong and steady
You be my glass of wine
I’ll be your shot of whiskey
You be my sunny day
I’ll be your shade tree
You be my honeysuckle
I’ll be your honey bee
Yeah that came out a little country
But every word was right on the money
And I got you smilin’ honey right back at me
Now hold on ’cause I ain’t done
There’s more where that came from
Well you know I’m just havin’ fun
But seriously
Chorus 2:
If you’ll be my Louisiana
I’ll be your Mississippi
You be my little Loretta
I’ll be your Conway Twitty
You be my sugar baby
I’ll be your sweet iced tea
You be my honeysuckle
I’ll be your honey bee
Your kiss just said it all
I’m glad we had this talk
Nothin’ left to do but fall in each other’s arms
I could’ve said a “I love you”
Could’ve wrote you a line or two
Baby all I know to do
Is speak right from the heart

Skinny Diva and shortage of time
So what has the diva bee been up to? Literally everything! From losing weight to spending time with Honey to working and loving on Jacob Riley I have pretty much no time for anything. It's recently become extremely apparent to me that 24 hours doesn't make a long enough day for me. Too much to do and no time to do it. Friday I just ended up having a breakdown and balling my eyes out for no apparent reason. I really needed to get off work early in order to do my two and a half weeks mountain of laundry that is starting to take up all my space to even move. So I guess my breakdown was targeted from being smothered, if you're catching my drift. My only solution to this mayhem would be to have a place of my own. If I had a place of my own I would be there more often and I wouldn't have to worry about occupying the washer and dryer. I could wash before I went to work and dry after work. Simple solution? I wish. I don't really plan on moving out till I see where mine and Honey's relationship goes. I don't see the point in living alone and paying rent if A. I can live at home for free and B. I'm always at his house. Granted if I did have a place he would probably be over there instead of the vice versa but as for right now I'm staying planted until we decide to make that big jump in our relationship. it would be pretty nice though...
On to other, more exciting, stuff... Jacob Riley is getting so big! He's so so sweet, truly he is. My sister can pretend to be crying and he will run over to her and give her the biggest hug. Prolly the most precious child I've ever met, and I'm going to put aside that you probably read that as being bias lol!

Skinny diva? Yes please! This stuff is amazing so far anyways... Naturally I'm an extremely tired person. I always have been, since birth till now. Not with this bad boy. It gives me crazy amounts of energy and after my first day of taking it I quickly realized why the bottle says to not consume any additional caffeine. Today starts my second week and I've already lost 5lbs. (it would have been more but this weekend I made poor choices in meals as well as consumed several high cal beers) but overall I feel great. Needless to say the extra energy boost that it provides makes me much more willing to workout after I get off work. If you have had prior heart problems or anything of that sort I highly recommend speaking with your physician before use. You can buy OxyElite Pro from GNC or Vitamin World or do like I did to save a quick buck, buy it off of Amazon.com. *I was not endorsed for this product review nor was I asked by any USPlabs employee to do so.
Now after that word-full spill, I would tell you all about how amazing Honey and I are doing but I think I will save that for your entertainment in a later post. Till then, I'll leave you with one of our latest pictures :)

Go ahead and leave plenty of comments telling me how gorgeous of a couple we make. Flatter me a little, I won't be mad ;)

Merry Christmas y'all!
I hope everyone is having an amazing Christmas!! I know I am.
I have everything I want.
Amazing family
Amazing God.
Amazing man.
Tomorrow K -the guy Im dating- and I are going to his home town which is about 45 minutes away from where we live to go to church. He goes every Sunday however I have yet to go with him because that means I'll be meeting his parents. That's right tomorrow I'm meeting the parents! Talk about nervous. He doesn't understand why I'm so nervous because he's already met my parents and my sister. However, I had to explain to him that he went into meeting the parents not knowing that it could potentially be a deal breaker if they didn't like him, he on the other hand let me know upfront that he couldn't be with someone if his parents didn't like "her". So why wouldn't I be nervous!? Nevertheless I will be meeting them tomorrow and aside from my nerves I'm excited to see what makes him who he is. Can I just say that I'm overly thrilled that were going to church together. I've always wanted a guy that is willing to go to church with me and most say they will and then gripe about it later. So the fact that he asked me to go with him to his church made me ever so excited!!! The fact that he even has a church is even better!! Ah. Okay I'm going to calm down now cause I get all girly and giggly when talking about him it's kind of ridiculous. Haha.
Anyways I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year if I don't write before then :)

gobble, gobble...
Yeah yeah... I went on a mini blogcation again. So much has been going on, once again... with work. My partner went on maternity leave, therefore everything that use to be handled with four hands was being handled with just two. Those two hands were my own. Stress overload, multiple migraines, and a full plate (and this plate wasn't filled with turkey and dressing...). Speaking of! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
This year the family came to my house. After two days prep it was over in the blink of an eye. I guess that's the way it always goes. Anyways... this was Jacob Riley's first year to eat a thanksgiving meal. Unfortunately he was a bit under the weather so I don't think he got the chance to enjoy to the full capacity. Poor baby. Needless to say, he currently has six stitches in his chin from falling and busting it open. Once they're mobile... they're mobile... lol.
Anywho, I'm not going to post a novel because I'm watching some show on NBC about the people of the year. Currently they're featuring Justin Timberlake, and in my opinion that's definitely something to look at ;) hehe...
So goodnight lovelies, happy thanksgiving, and oh, PS! be careful and have fun shopping on the ultimate shopping day: BLACK FRIDAY!

Life and Death
I don't really know how to start this post off. I have no clever lines nor wit. All I have is facts. Fact: my grandmother is in the hospital and though no one will admit it to me, I know that it's possible she's laying on her death bed. Every week is up and down. She's doing good. She's not doing so good. But no one will tell me the truth of what's really going on. I don't blame them, I tend to not be able to handle serious circumstances without going into a depression. I mourn day in and day out. I'm sure they're all just tryin to protect me. However for some reason I know without a doubt what's going on and somehow I'm at peace. I'm not going to try and fight God's will. I'm not going to pray for her life, because if it's in His will to have her with him I can't fight that. My prayers are constantly filled with me asking God to do as he pleases and to not let me be selfish. Fact: I will be upset if she doesn't walk out of those hospital doors. Fact: I cant control the situation so I need to trust Gods plans.
This is just one more reminder for me to not let my days go by without thanking God for all his many blessings. Life is a blessing that many days goes unappreciated. We take our blessings for granted so much that it disturbs me for the simple fact that I'm constantly doing so myself. In the movie public enemies Clark Gables famous line was presented "Die like you live". Many of times I hear live like your dying but when I heard this it got my thought process in action. I personally don't want to die in pain and suffering. Therfore why should I live that way. The outcome of my pondering led me to this: I need to laugh more, I need to smile more, I need to give more, and I need to love and experience more.
We only have so much time. I want to make use of it the best way I can all the meanwhile holding Gods hand.

wait, the weekend is already over?
Happy Sunday :) I hope everyone had a good weekend, I know I sure did! Friday night of course I didn't do anything because I worked Saturday morning from 7-10am. However, Saturday night was spent at my sisters, again! lol. As I was on my way to her house she asked me to stop and get her some cigarettes so I pulled into the gas station and went inside. I got in line with two people in front of me. One of those people turned around, jaw hitting the floor, in total amazement. Turns out it was one of my ex's best friends. I haven't seen him in probably over a year, therefore we both had changed alot. For instance, he went from being chubby geek to built and handsome... just for the record. After a little small talk he told me it was good seeing me and that I looked good. After this, I knew my night was going to be entertaining. On my departure from the gas station my sister called and told me it was only going to be me and her and my BIL hanging out. I got to her house and we chatted for a bit only to be interrupted at the same time with text messages. Her's was from her friend Crissy informing her that she was on her way over with her latest arm candy and mine was from my high school crush saying that he had just got off work and he was headed that way. We went from no one coming over to a nice little gathering. Several beers later everyone departed except for J (high school crush). We went inside and sat on the couch and ended up hanging out til 5am. :) hehe okay yes I totally just giggled when typing that. Not that either of us have time for a relationship but it's always fun to fantasize. :) :)
Today we all came to my parents to swim. My mom had just bought a volleyball net for the pool... plus several other pool games. It was a lot of fun. I'm actually just now settling down. Thank God I have tomorrow off work! Especially considering last week was extremely stressful and tear-filled. I think it's fair to say this weekend made up for it though.
