With house hunting and limited time I have not been able to get to the winner of my $25 gift card to Amazon.com. Hopefully I will be able to generate the winner this week and announce.
I decided to do a little update as far as the house hunting is going. My nerves have been in a total wreck the past several days. We found a house Honey and I both loved however it wasn't meant to be. We were in competition with another buyer and the seller went with the better offer. We could've offered more but equally decides that we would follow our hearts and if it was meant to be it would happen. The circumstances were a little different. The seller and their realtor are related, the house had been on the market for close to 60 days with no offers on the table and then all of a sudden when the realtor knew we were interested she informed my realtor that there was now a mysterious offer on the table as well. Not only did she disclose the information about the offer be existant she also went against the rules and told us, not an exact number, but that the offer was above asking price. Now if you look at the details it seemed to us as if she was trying to call our bluff and get us to ask more. Naturally that's how we came to our decision, we would offer only 900$ less than the asking price- which is very far and between in the housing world normally offers are a couple grand less. So obviously it wasn't for us.
Yesterday afternoon we viewed several more properties. One had just been listed at 5 o'clock the previous evening. Turns out we like it more than the one we offered on. We will be reviewing some comps on the local area and then we will place our offer base upon it. Getting rejected the first time wasn't completely gut wrenching but I don't know how well I will react to losing another.
Wish me luck!

Sunday adventure
So today I went on an adventure, well maybe not to others but with my schedule here lately it was pretty adventurous. Honey, TRex, Miller, and I went to Grand Rivers, Kentucky to eat at Patti's 1800's Settlement. All of the waiters and waitresses were dressed to the date, even the workers in the gift shop. It may have more fun if it was warm outside, you can't exactly putt putt golf in the cold. The food was good, the shops were unique and very well overpriced. Considering Miller and I went with the mindset that we were going to be able to do a bit a shopping we weren't 100% satisfied.
After we over ate and consumed much more than the average intake on calories we decided we would head back to Clarksville and get our shopping on. Miller and I both got some super cute heels, not really sure of her designer but mine was Gianni Bini. Black wedges with silver detailing on the toe and 65% off? Uh yes! The boys decides to part ways and take are of some shopping themselves. Upon exiting the mall we looked at the Kardashian collection now being sold at Sears...total let down. They had a cute purse or two and their jewelry wasn't completely awful but as far as their clothing selection I was not impressed to say the least.
After shopping we called it a day by getting some smoothies and heading back to the house. We just finished watching Friends With Benefits- yes I'm just now seeing it- and I loved it! Now I'm gonna bathe and probably lay in bed and relax.
My Sunday? Not too shabby.

hello, goodbye
First things first this has been one busy Sunday! But plenty of fun. Woke up and drank coffee then headed straight for work. Then I went and picked up little Jacob Riley so we could take him to Kids N Play for Honey's cousins birthday party. Honeys family loveddd him, I mean who couldn't? Even though he hadnt had a nap he was still behaving extremely well. We left there and headed to Honeys where we watched some history show on sharks, because Jacob is obsessed with them! Him and I crawled in the recliner and took a nap while Honey took a cat nap on the sofa. I didn't even realize we had all fallen asleep till honey woke me up and told me it was time to go to Little S's going away party.

Do I really need to explain how hard it was waking this precious boy up? He actually wasn't cranky at all. He did, however, stare at me like I had five heads when he finally opened his eyes. It didn't take him too long to figure out where he was though. He turned and saw TRex standing in the kitchen and just stared. Apparently he's never scene such an abundance of muscle lol. He even behaved for his diaper change. Woopwoop!
We headed to the party where I returned him to his mommy yet wanted nothing todo with her and everything to do with his Pawpaw. Once again he was the life of the party...

Mogo decided to put his hair in a ponytail on top of his head, he definitely was not a fan. He's sitting by his pawpaw, no surprise there.

It was so hard saying goodbye. Work isn't going to be the same without Little S. Not only was it hard saying goodbye to S but to Jacob as well. I already miss that little man.
Running after a two year old all day completely wore honey and I out. Honeys in bed as I'm typing and I'm about to head that way myself.
I'm definitely not ready for the work week ahead. I haven't decided whether or not to confront Bee on her betraying actions or not. Maybe I'll let her continue thinking she's playing me like a fool in order to keep peace. As far as pretending everything is okay though I'm not going there. I'm not going to treat her as if she's any type of friend to me let alone a best friend. Trust is one thing I don't give very easily and once you betray that...HOLLA!
Hope everyone had a fab weekend. Mine was topped off pretty splendidly.

show me your...
GIVEAWAY! Dirty minds...

Today I'm linking up with Boobies and Masshole Mommy for their Show Me Yours Sunday. A link up that features current giveaways being held. You can go there and peruse different giveaways or you can post yours to get more entries. Win/win situation.
Speaking of giveaway, I never set an "end date". The giveaway will end on February 29th at 12AM, yep...leap year baby. The winner will be announced within a week. If the winner does not claim prize within a week, another will be chosen.
It's been just another Sunday spent in DTown. This time we did things a little different. Instead of going to either of Honey's grandparents house we went to his sister's. She made spaghetti, nomnomnom! Then we headed to his parents house where unfortunately his mom had to work but his dad had some friends over playing guitar and whatnot in the basement. Nothing too terribly eventful which is kind of a relief because I haven't been up for too much excitement in my plans this weekend. I'm loving the laying low status right now ha! Honey took off to the gym so now I'm at home with loads of laundry, again. No one's home so it's kind of the perfect way to round off the weekend. Alone time. Quiet. Peaceful...I don't get much of that anymore. I'm off to go spend "me time" and by "me time" I mean I'm going to over indulge in The Sims 3- ever since I got my new computer I'm sure Kyle half-way feels single again (yeah right, he calls it my babysitter).
Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Valium vs Crack
I have learned a significant difference between Honey and I. Obviously we're going to have our differences, that's a given. After a year of being together you would expect that I would have learned this way before now.
When it comes to our Saturday mornings I like to ease out of bed, so does Honey, yet when it comes to us actually being out of bed he likes to go full force. Eat some breakfast, plan our day, and get to it. Um hello? No! I like to start my day with some caffeine, a cigarette, and relaxation. Monday through Friday I have to get out of bed and haul ass through my morning for work. Saturday I don't want to spend my mornings doing the same. I want to take it at ease, reflect on my week then get stuff done.
Sometimes I even try to get out of bed a bit earlier than he does to get a head start on him and his 'get-r-done' outlook. However it never fails as soon as I wiggle my way out of bed he wakes up and is ready to go. My morning is much like a Valium induced coma his more like a crack induced hype. metaphorically speaking of course.
Needless to say my favorite Saturday morning activity is getting up, smoking a cigarette while indulging in caffeine and all the while perusing over blogs and updating mine...which here lately I have fallen short on.
Don't miss my giveaway! You can enter HERE.
It has been brought to my attention that readers from outside of the US are not eligible so I will work on a quick fix for that.
Not mentioned in the giveaway post:
I was not endorsed to provide this giveaway. Amazon.com in no way contacted me to do so, it's strictly on my own terms.
Coming soon: a series on awkward one night stands.

a deathly experience
I don't know how to start this blog post off and I doubt there could be any right way to do so. I will tell you this, I do not know how available I'm going to be over the next week or so- mentally or physically. Last night was possibly one of the worst experiences that someone could go through.
We went downtown to celebrate my birthday. Needless to say the place we chose was a sorry excuse for a club so we basically sat there and stared at each other all night. Not quite eventful to say the least. We finally decided to leave around 1:45 or so to head home, I'm not quite sure of the exact time because everything seems so fuzzy looking back now. Honey was driving me and two of my friends home when all of a sudden the car in front of us swerved and Miller was screaming "stop the car there's a man!!". It was too late. We didn't see the man at first because the other car had blocked him. We hit the man while slamming on our breaks and trying to move over to the side, you can't avoid hitting someone when they run into your car instead of away from it. As his body hit the windshield panic set in. we just killed someone. Honey got out, I called 911, by the time I got them on the phone I was panicked and couldn't speak Honey came back over and took care of the phone call. The ambulance arrived and he still had a pulse and breathing. Long story short three hours, hyperventilation, panic attack, and a multitude of tears and questions answered we got to go home with the knowledge that the man passed away in the hospital.
This morning I woke up with an hour and a half of sleep and my heart is still weak. My prayers have been nonstop and my thoughts are endless. The news announced at 5 o'clock that the man had been drinking. I understand there is nothing that we could have done, we werent doing anything illegal and there was no foul play but my heart still hurts for his family.
My giveaway is going to have to hold off. Hopefully I will be back to myself soon. For now I'm spaced out as well as tired from the lack of sleep. Please be praying for this mans family and if you don't pray, then do whatever it is that you do.

old meets lame
I quickly realized Saturday night as to why I don't "go out" more frequently. Why you ask? Well let me give you a quick recap:
-I'm very easily annoyed when it comes to drunken fools bumping into me. We even moved our hightop table back, and as we moved so did the drunks.
-Running into someone previously dated that ended on sour notes, ie we both quit talking to each other and in my head I ended it with him, in his head I'm sure he thinks he played me off. Typical male, naturally. He eye balled me and turned away so being thealcohol induced, liquid courage bitch that I am, of course I walked straight up to him and said "oh how nice of you to check me out and then quickly look away when I caught your eyes" his response, "oh sorry I didn't notice you" and in his attempts to smooth things over I left him standing there feeling like a jack ass when I promptly responded "oh that's fine, I wish I would have never noticed you" then walked my happy ass to the bar to get two beers for me and my Honey.
-Seeing someone from college that participated in the same fraternity as I, yeah that's awkward. Of course he saw me as the party girl that I once was so once he saw me inside later on, he came up to the table and proceeded with small talk. Not just the small talk you carry on with someone you havent seen in a while, the small talk where you lean in close and talk personally. Luckily, Honey returned from the bathroom in a quick minute so I could promptly introduce him as my boyfriend. Needless to say, that 'small talk' ended quickly after and he went on his merry way.
-We arrived at 9:30-10:00, and I already questioned if I would make it to 11. Yawning took place and the thought of our bed sounded amazing. I'm not the spring chicken I once was, unfortunately, so I was already ready to call it a night. Wow, that's embarrassing, I'm only 22.
-Typically being, a less than favorite topic was brought up in the midst of conversation. The topic leaving me ill and angered ready for an exit on the asap. Being that I had a few drinks in me the ride home was less than pleasant, I was frustrated and ready to pop off.
-Even more so typically being, after a few drinks I was ready for the bedroom boom by the time we got home. Frustrated and all, I wanted to get steamy. Of course, I was denied. Waking up still angry this morning.
It's a rainy Sunday and I look forward to spending it doing absolutely nothing even though there's a Titan's game today. We are foregoing sitting in the freezing rain and I'm spending it snuggled up with a warm cup of coffee and a blanky. Ah!-mazing...

vaca lovin
Um, so can I tell you I'm still in love with my new shoes!? Ah they make my feet so happy!
This morning Honey and I slept in, literally. I haven't slept past 7:30am in a long time! I'm almost ashamed to say it, but we slept in till 9am. Shriek! I know, I know. I think I failed to mention Wednesday-ish that I took four days off of work. Thursday-Sunday. Honestly, I don't even know what to do with myself. I have even ignored all calls from work and employees. This time, I want to actually be off work. I find if it's important, they'll call the Big Man, and if it's extremely important in reference to me, the Big Man will give me a call. Can't ignore his call, obviously.
After Honeygave in to me begging allowed me to start my morning with a cup of coffee, nicotine, and a call to my mother (the way I prefer to start any day) we headed to the gym. Unlike yesterday, which I believe was due to all the bad food we consumed, I got a hell of a work out in today.
Later we went to lunch at Subway followed by some errands. Honey bought me a new high impact sports bra woohoo! because my tatas were getting in the way of me trying to lift weights. I don't have a large chest, but since I've lost some weight my current sports bra isn't giving me the support and compression that I need. Nowwe are I'm doing some laundry and resting up a bit, and by this I mean we are watching college football and being lazy :P. What? I'm on vaca from work, totally allowed!
Honey mentioned us going on a date tonight. After the bedroom boom that took place last night, I'm extremely excited. But we'll save that for a later post of it's own ;)

BF mission
My Black Friday shopping trip went more along the lines of unexpected. I ended up not buying anything when we went. We ended our trip fairly early at 1:30 because my BIL made plans for him and my sister knowing that we were spending a girls day, that's the norm. So being bummed out I ended up calling it a day myself, the gym closed at 6PM instead of the regular 10 so I figured I would shop a little more on my own so that way I could conquer more in my limited time frame instead of having to worry about what other people rather be doing ie going to Pier1. Don't get me wrong, I love that store, but it's not my ideal place to be hitting up when I'm trying to score the mother load. So I decided to fly solo.
Honey's sister asked me to stop by Old Navy to get a jacket for one of her kids that was suppose to be on sale. Here's where they get you: in the commercial they talk about these $70 jackets being $25, they even slide in a few pictures of different jackets; you arrive to the store you don't read the fine print, so of course all the jackets on the rack with the big % off advertisement is said % off right? I mean it was even in the commercial! Luckily being the smart ass that I am, also too lazy to stand in an ass long line only to find out I was paying full price, I read the small print. Well, what do you know "all jackets excluding fleece pullovers and wool lined pea coats" and the jacket I was going for was the pea coat. Bummer.
So after I attempted to conquer my number one goal, I moved on. Next on list: gym shoes. After hitting up 7 different stores, I hit the goldmine. Suggested retail: $70+ bucks. My bargain bust: $54.99. Wuzzup?! Hehe.

I had to awkwardly turn my ankle in order to get a good side view...my legs are of no deformity.
Next I wanted to score some killer jeans. With hopes held high that I could go into Buckle and snag a pair of jeans under $60 I walked my little toosh in there like I owned the place only to promptly turn right back around and walk out. sigh. I didn't let this get me down though. The whole reason I went to buckle is because they have the large seam stitches that I've slowly fallen in love with. So I made it up in my head that there was no way that was the only place that had them. There MUST be a knock off in the mall somewhere! And what ya know?! Shabam! I went to Body Central and there they were hanging gloriously in the window, I even think angels were floating around them. OH! and in glitter and all the words "20% off entire store" almost made me have a shoppingasm. I picked up three pair and headed to the fitting room, where there are clearance racks all over the place. Holy moly! I spotted a pair for only 19.99! So instead of spending $40+ on a pair of jeans, I spent $30+ on TWO pairs.

okay so obviously my photography isn't all that great, but hello do you see those jeans? Um. Love.
Anybody liking the bachelor pad bed spread going on in the back drop of my jeans? Yeah I cant wait to ditch that shit when Honey and I have our own place. Hehe.
Speaking of Honey, don't worry I didn't leave his little booger butt out. I bought two shirts from old navy for him. One as a Christmas present addition and the other was a Titans tee that he so desperately needed due to his lack of game day gear. I ended up giving the other shirt to him already as well. I'm not good about stuff like that hehe. So in the end...

Comic book boyfriend
Honey came home from Dover today and said he needed a nap because he wanted us to go out for drinks with his best friend later this evening. So we laid down for a nap at 5pm, late I know, and woke up at 9pm. We took our shower and upon getting out of the shower we decided that staying in and watching movies was pretty ideal. We're so lame. Lol so here we are at one in the morning wide eyed. Redbox ended up being lame and not having anything that we hadn't seen, obviously staying in and watching movies is a regular for us so we watched the LSU/Bama game and even watch Hocus Pocus on the Disney channel haha.
So now we're laying in bed and as I blog stalk, Honey is watching cartoons based on comic books. Did I ever mention that I have a nerdy comic book boyfriend? Yeah not too many people know this fact. For some reason I find it precious that he gets so into all the Marvel stuff. I'm not big on watching television so it doesn't bother me either way. However, I cant help but to think how much I love him every time I catch him watching cartoons. It highlights one of my favorite characteristics about him: though he's 27, he can still be a little kid. Considering I still get excited over coloring in coloring books I need someone who can still be a kid when need be. :)
With this being said...

It highlights one of my favorite characteristics about him: though he's 27, he can still be a little kid. Considering I still get excited over coloring in coloring books I need someone who can still be a kid when need be. :)

Halloween+Sunday Football
I tried to think of something to rant about but I've got nothing. I've been in a bad mood all day. From the time I woke up to now I'm still grumpy. Honey blames it on the medication, I blame it on his unelaborative text messages. So to give me something to post about I'll post the pictures from our Halloween party this past Saturday night.

I present to you my costume: A royal peacock. Oh I forgot to mention I cut off like 9+ inches of my hair since I last posted a picture.

Honey dressed as Lt. Dangle from Reno 911. The thumbs up makes this priceless.

A picture of us together, just because we're hot. Just saying :)
The party we went to was like mid 20 year olds and older. I thought I would be odd man out since I'm not even 23 yet but really I like partying with the older-than-me crowd more. The party started earlier and ended as well. There was no throwing up nor drama which is always nice. Making it home in time to get my 8+ hours of sleep and not have a hangover? Definitely my bag. Don't worry there were still leg stands lol...

As you see one of the guys (far right) was too cool to dress up...lame ass.
Furthermore we woke up and went to the Titans game on Sunday where the Titans beat the Colts which doesn't say very much. It was nice to see friends and what not.
I'm going to end this post now because I feel like I'm dragging on and on. But posting two weeks in a row? I accept your pat on the back. :)
Oh...and one more picture

halloween hooker
Third post in a row, I'm going strong! Lol
So can I just say Halloween tends to be one of my favorite holidays and one of my worst enemies all in one. Let's face it who doesn't like dressing up as something they're not? Plus it's the one time you can look like a glorified hooker and not get shit for it. However, I understand Halloween is only but one time a year but is it really necessary to price gouge on such cheaply made clothing that once again...we wear one time a year? I'm not going to pay 80 bucks for a costume made out of such cheap fabric a homeless man wouldn't even want to wear it. Needless to say these so called "sexy" costumes that they come out with tend to highlight my not-so-glorious body parts, and by this I mean my gut, ass, and I swear the costumes make my boobs look smaller. Yeah that costume sure does look cute on that double zero model, but it's also shaped to fit that double zero model too. The typical curvy woman on the other hand? HA! not so much.
Last year I made a clean break. I went as Snooky from the ever-so-popular Jersey Shore. Easy: skimpy black dress, red hooker heels, huge hair poof, a fuck ton of eyeliner, and double that quantity in bronzer. Wah lah. However this year I, for the life of me, cannot make that same clean break. I thought about going as a trailer park princess: cut off blue Jean shirt from thrift store, tiara from walmart, and cowboy boots that are already in my closet. (I'm totally lying, those boots are shoved in my filthy car right now hehe). However I feel it's not the perfect 2011 Halloween costume. I only get to dress like a fool once a year. My costume will have to speak to me Hehe. I'm even giving up working on Saturday (yeah right, I'm still going in from 7-3 but I did give up a catering opportunity.) just so I can let loose at the halloween party held by one of Honey's friends.
Got any good ideas for costumes, cheap and easy but dont combine the two, I don't want cheesy!
Or you can just leave me a comment telling me what you're going to be :)

Indepence Day Weekend
I hope everyone had a good fourth of July! I'm currently sitting in Honey's driveway listening/watching the neighbors. Honey and I are too cheap to blow our money up so we enjoy others :). When I was little my parents always shot a ton off for us but now that we're older they don't blow their money up anymore either. But I appreciate their pricey entertainment when I was little.
I definitely had a fun filled weekend. Honey and I started early on Friday. I got up and he went to work. I met my mom at the eye doctor so she could help me pick out some new glasses that I'm super excited about! I've worn the same glasses since I was in middle school. Obviously my vision has changed quite a bit and needless to say they don't quite fit my face anymore lol. So I'm pretty pumped! After that my mom and I headed back to the house to enjoy a day in the pool. I ended up getting a bit red but nothing a little aloe couldn't take care of.
Saturday started out good then rough then great. I went into work and did my daily routine then as I was heading out I got news that one of the employees that has been on the line of getting her third write up didn't show up to work. So I rearranged the schedule and headed to the other store to do some firing and rearranging of next weeks schedule. Mission completed I headed home where my sexy boyfriend was waiting for me in the pool along with my family and grandaddy.
Honey & I at Matt's Pub
Later I cleaned up and got beautified and Honey and I headed to Dover to a pub and hung out with some friends. Him and I shared our very first dance which was wonderful! We danced to brad paisleys 'everything'. Ah I loved it :) Sunday however, I woke up with a hangover from staying up till 4am drinking beer with Honey's momma and having a drunken heart to heart. Hopefully I can go into a little more detail about that tomorrow along with the other random conversation that happened this weekend. Today we returned to Dover to spend time with his family and go on te boat where we stayed 30mins on the water and then headed back in because of rain. Poo! Oh well it cleared up and we enjoyed a good home cooked meal by his momma. Now I'm relaxing from a long weekend. And here shortly I'll e going to bed for an early start in the morning.
Hope everyone else had an amazing independence day weekend!!

The Buffalo
So can anyone gimme a round of applause for writing my first review!? Ha, of course it would be a sex toy, what else could I have possibly reviewed that I could enjoy any better. Hehe jk. Any who. Now as promised, because I'm on the ball this week, canoe trip pictures!

First and foremost, I'm going to go ahead and warn you that the majority of these pictures makeup was non existent and I look rather busted. Just saying. :)

These two were seriously adorable together. They were like a little old married couple and she was definitely the mom in the group. Ha.

Ha does anyone notice A. Honey is the shortest of the group. B. Honey has the BEST body in the group and C. My Honey is the sexiest out of the group, okay maybe that's a little bias but I'm entitled to it. :)

He represents Tennessee so poorly....

Obviously taken the second day. Obviously alcohol was highly involved.

FAVORITE (;

Can I just say Honey is a genius? No running water so how did we brush our teeth?! COLGATE WISPS! Obviously a huge hit with everyone else as well.

The first day we were there we were floating down the river only to see this canoe floating down the river beside us, all while a guy was doing a keg stand...on the canoe. Seriously?!

I don't remember exactly what happened to this tent but obviously it was the retarded tent of the camp site. Just saying.

Home sweet home-- right before we left for Fat Daddy's Resort. (a floating bar :) )
Okay wahlah, pictures posted. I stuck to my word. :)

Me, Myself, & You!
Like the majority of people, I generally look at the weekends as a great opportunity for "date nights". I must say, this weekend I have one hell of a hot date. Me, a bottle of Huck blackberry wine, a few good movies, and well... you!
I watched The Ugly Truth tonight. It's too cute! I am a cry baby when it comes to a good love story. Maybe it's because I'm a hopeless romantic, I'm not really sure. Nevertheless it could be the wine, either way I really liked the movie.

Speakin' of the wine, it's absolutely AMAZING! I decided to branch out last night, take a step out of my comfort zone, and try another type of wine other than Pinot Grigio. It's called Huck and it comes in a few different flavors. I picked blackberry because the person at the liquor store said that everyone that turns to it never turns to any other kind and becomes addicted. I'm okay with that! Anyways, turns out, it's absolutely fabulous. It's alot better than pinot grigio (oh dear wine-o gods, please do not come down and strike me). Needless to say it's cheap, so to me it's a winner!
Tomorrow, or tonight depends on how you look at it, is time to SPRING forward!! Woopwoop! We all know about spring cleaning but considering I clean on a weekly basis, I'm going to switch it up a bit! I have a few things I want to sit down and thoroughly organize some of my spaces. I'm kind of excited about it, I already started a little bit by buying a cabootles kit to finally organize my massive amounts of makeup. Now I would like to organize my bathroom cabinets, my nightstand, and my basket drawers. My goal is to get them all completed by summertime. I know that's a huge stretch of time but considering I am a HUGE procrastinator it would be a pretty big accomplishment to get it completed in that allotted time. :)
Well I'm starting to get antsy so for now I'm going to get off here, The Ugly Truth just came on Starz again and I can't help but to watch Gerard Butler, mmm' I wanna sink my... okay SO! anyways... lol I'm going to go now. ;)
(I tried posting this last night, only to wake up this morning to find out that I didn't let it load all the way hehe.)
